Important Note
APW members engaged in Wisconsin DOT projects
should be advised that the department is moving towards
eliminating QMP as a separate bid item on state projects.
Based on a March 1, 2006 meeting of the APW
Technical Advisory Committee with DOT, our understanding is that
DOT would continue to require compliance with the QMP but would
treat it as an incidental item, under the revised policy. Download
